General details
Visit our Shop for our full selection of bouquets and other blooms. You can customise our bouquets by selecting add-ons on the product page.
You can order your blooms anytime from 5 days to 12 months in advance.
Ruby Blooms weddings are NON REFUNDABLE.
Any changes to your order (including date and delivery address) must be made 5 days or more prior to the selected wedding date on your order confirmation.
Ruby Blooms weddings are a separate online business to Blooms on Darby. All orders must be completed online.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. You can order your items at different times, just make sure you use the same name for all orders!

Flower details
All images of florals were taken in May. With each season, we use different local blooms to achieve a look as similar to the image as possible.
We work with the seasons, no specifics – that keeps each design unique and personal.
To help with bouquet sizing, grab a ruler and remember flowers are a natural product so we can’t be too specific! Bridesmaids around 20cm and Bridal around 30cm as a guide.

Delivery details
We deliver Monday through to Saturday – we got you covered mid-week lovers!
Deliveries on your selected date are between 8am-1pm (no set time is provided). If this flexibility does not suit, select pick up and collect your blooms from inner Newcastle at the Blooms on Darby Studio – 169 Darby Street, Cooks Hill.
All bouquets are carefully placed in a vase and boxed up for delivery or collection.
You can order your blooms a day earlier than the big day, but please let us know in your order comments or by emailing us. As florals are highly variable based on season and type, we only recommend this with the hardier varieties. We will package up your blooms as normal in a water source and have them ready for you, and after handover it will be upto you to take care of them to ensure they remain ready for the big day.
Check (and double check!) that you’ve entered your address correctly. Any changes to your order (including delivery address) need to be made 5 days or more in advance.
Your delivery schedule will be re-confirmed in your order confirmation email and include all the other details you need to know.
Bouquet finish details
We have three options for bouquet finishes:
Satin bind – Neat and tidy binding where your hands hold the bouquet with a natural stem showing. Two colourways available in blush or ivory, selected by your florist to complement your bouquet.
Trail silks – For the extra drama, trailing silk hand crafted ribbon added to your bouquet.
Twine – Keeping it natural and earthy, natural twine jute is used to finish your bouquet.
Add on details
We have add on options to really personalise and add uniqueness to your bouquet, each explained in detail below:
Phalaenopsis Orchid – Include one or two luxurious orchis stems to add some opulence to your bouquet. The colour chosen is based on your bouquet selected.
Reflected Roses – Add a contemporary touch with a grouping of three peeled open Columbian roses into your bouquet.
Natural dried – Keep it a little bohemian with a touch of natural dried florals in light brown and soft tan tones.
White preserved – Add some preserved (bleached) white florals throughout your design to stay on trend.
Dried Spade Palm – Ain’t nothing like a spade palm added into your design to add a little edge.
Trail and overflow – Let’s up the drama and make your bouquet bigger and better with flowing foliages.
Include a colourway – You love the all white but really wanted a hint of mauve? We got your covered. Please don’t be overly specific, flowers are natural!
Silk trail ribbon – When you want to ooze romance, add silk ribbon trails. Colour is chosen based on your blooms – always a soft colour palette.
