By purchasing with Ruby Blooms, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. 

Refunds and cancellations

Ruby Blooms weddings are NON REFUNDABLE.

Any changes to your order (including date and delivery address) must be made 5 days or more prior to the selected wedding date on your order confirmation. 

All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. You can order your items at different times, just make sure you use the same name for all orders!

Order conditions

Deliveries on your selected date are between 8am-1pm (no set time is provided). If this flexibility does not suit, select pick up and collect your blooms from inner Newcastle at the Blooms on Darby Studio – 169 Darby Street, Cooks Hill.

All bouquets are carefully placed in a vase and boxed up for delivery or collection.

You can order your blooms a day earlier than the big day, but please let us know in your order comments or by emailing us. As florals are highly variable based on season and type, we only recommend this with the hardier varieties. We will package up your blooms as normal in a water source and have them ready for you, and after handover it will be upto you to take care of them to ensure they remain ready for the big day. 

Check (and double check!) that you’ve entered your address correctly. Any changes to your order (including delivery address) need to be made 5 days or more in advance.

Your delivery schedule will be re-confirmed in your order confirmation email and include all the other details you need to know as well.
